Winner of the 2011 ASCAP Morton Gould Young Composer Award, Fulmer's Violin Concerto has quickly gained international attention.  This season Fulmer made his European debut with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra performing and recording the work under the direction of Matthias Pintscher. After rave reviews following the premiere of his Violin Concerto at Lincoln Center, Fulmer was immediately engaged to perform the work with major orchestras and festivals throughout Europe, North America, Scandinavia and Australia.
